Sorry for not posting about day 5 but today is day 6!
I still didn't get any email responses.
I asked Koiz about it and she says they are looking into the problem.
I hope it works soon. Even Vilt is experiencing this! (Vilt is a designer in the staff)
I see things on the forum :P
